From the very beginning, my clients are treated like family. It is important to me to make sure all my clients understand the estate planning and probate process and that they are comfortable with their roles over the course of my representation. I look at the attorney-client relationship as a collaborative effort and I consider my client’s problems my own. I always listen to my clients more than I talk and I always strive to find a customized solution to meet their legal needs.
I also understand that my clients have a life outside of my representation. I do everything I can to make sure that meetings are scheduled at their convenience and I offer fully virtual access. No need to get a babysitter, no need to take time off work. I give my clients a plain language approach to estate planning and I accompany large legal documents with summaries to help settle any questions about the legalese. I also offer remote online notarizations and signing appointments for most documents at no cost to my clients.
